Commission Structure & Payment Policy
Sourcing commission is calculated based on the approved supplier invoice value (factory invoice only):
* Orders under $10,000 USD → 10%
* Orders $10,000–$24,999 USD → 7%
* Orders $25,000 USD and above → 5%
Commission becomes payable upon supplier invoice approval and prior to production release.
Production coordination begins only after commission settlement.
Freight, duties, VAT, and local taxes are not included in commission calculations.
