Due to the nature of our business, SMS Global Sourcing provides sourcing, supplier coordination, inspection, logistics support, and business services. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service, order status, and work completed.

2. Sourcing Service Fees

Sourcing fees, consultation fees, and service charges may be non-refundable once work has started, including:

Supplier research
Product sourcing requests
Business consultation
Supplier communication
Product investigation

3. Product Orders

Product purchases are subject to supplier terms and conditions. Once an order has been confirmed, approved, or production has started, refunds may not be available unless agreed upon based on the situation.

4. Deposits & Payments

Deposits paid for supplier orders, production, samples, or manufacturing arrangements may be non-refundable once committed to suppliers. Customers should confirm product specifications, quantities, and requirements before payment.

5. Quality Issues & Inspection

Customers may request inspection and quality control services before shipment. If inspection services are not requested, customers accept responsibility for approving products based on available information.

6. Shipping & Delivery Costs

Shipping fees are paid for logistics services and are generally non-refundable once shipment arrangements have been processed. Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external events are not eligible for refunds.
